Summer Poem: Moment's Purpose

Lilly Love

Summer hot and Summer furious,
Meandering far and deeply Curious,
I walk the paths so slowly searching,
While the watchful crow is perching,
Cannot miss a moment's purpose,
Cannot waste this beauty's surplus,
Pine and clover flower air,
Sunbeam here and Shadow there:
How painfully gorgeous this world.
